David Strang is a technician and associate lecturer in the Faculty of Arts, University of Plymouth. He is a practising artist in the field of sonic arts and interaction and is continually involved in developing workshops as well as performances, gallery based and site-specific installations.

His main research focus is around sonic territories and sonic perception. David carries out his work utilising open source software, open hardware and hardware hacking.
